We offer small, friendly and open-minded Sun Power Yoga classes in Leicester and Coventry. Feel free to come along and join in on any of the classes. The best way to experience yoga is to step onto the mat and give it a try. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
We cater for all levels, abilities and disabilities in our classes.
All our classes are currently begginers class. If you want to try yoga for the first time, then our classes are ideal for you. There is no need to book in advance, just turn up and give it a try. See our frequently asked questions, or contact me if you have any queries.

(Note that cars travelling along Narborough Road cannot turn directly into Upperton Road.)
