The best way to experience yoga is to step onto the mat and give it a try, so feel free to come along and join in on any of the classes. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Yoga Courses (Spring 2012)
These classes are provided through Coventry City Council Adult Education Service. They cost £36 for a ten week programme or, if you receive benefits, they are free with a current 'passport to leisure' card that can be obtained through the post office.

You will need to enrol at the venue at the start of term or you can enrol before the class starts as long as there are spaces available.

Private or Small Group Sessions
Private yoga sessions are available for one-to-one sessions or small groups such as with friends, colleagues or family. Private yoga sessions are tailored to meet your own requirements and are available either as a one-off or on a regular basis. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Yoga in the workplace is a complete mind-body program tailored to the needs of your company, office or school. The benefits include:
