The best way to experience yoga is to step onto the mat and give it a try, so feel free to come along and join in on any of the classes. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Private yoga sessions are available for one-to-one sessions or small groups such as with friends, colleagues or family. Private yoga sessions are tailored to meet your own requirements and are available either as a one-off or on a regular basis. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
