What is Om the Ball?
Om the Ball is a combination of classical yoga and ball work; adding an element of ‘play’ to your yoga practice. It is both challenging and rewarding, especially for the mind. Om the Ball starts as a simple routine that is achievable and progresses to higher levels of difficulty.
Why Om the Ball?
The ball provides extra support for poses that require endurance and flexibility and it also adds a balance challenge to some poses. The body reacts to the instability of the ball in order to remain balanced, which engages even more muscles.
